Divine Hope Healthcare is a newly established Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) group home in Hagerstown, MD, created by a team of experienced healthcare professionals with over 15 years of hands-on caregiving experience. Our founders have worked in hospitals, assisted living, home-health, adult day centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and group homes. We are now bringing that same dedication to a smaller, family-centered environment.
